WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as ShopPay, PayPal, and Google Pay. We offer Affirm as a method of payment splitting as well.
HOW DO I USE MY PROMO CODE?

Note there are times when we will exclude certain products and/or collections from discount codes, sales and promotions. Only one discount code, offer or promotion is valid per order. Discount codes, sales and promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases unless otherwise noted. Discount codes are valid one time per user unless otherwise noted.

CAN I PRE-ORDER AN ITEM?
In order to reserve some of our must-have pieces, we offer a Pre-Order option. In this case, you will be charged immediately, and your item will ship to you by the indicated date.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
To maintain your jewelry’s luster for as long as possible, we recommend following the following care tips:
Avoid repeated exposure to chemicals, such as bleach, hairsprays, dyes, lotions, perfumes, chlorine, etc.
When you’re not wearing your piece, store it in its original box or a soft cloth bag to prevent scratching.
Clean with a soft-bristled toothbrush, warm water and mild dish soap.Buffer your piece with a polishing cloth for extra shine.Don't use chemical jewelry dips or steam cleaners on gold vermeil.

WHAT IS MAX AND STONE JEWELRY MADE OF?
All of our jewelry is crafted from high-quality materials, specifically 14K gold, 18K gold vermeil, or silver. This ensures that our pieces are both durable and beautiful and able to be cherished for generations.
ARE YOUR DIAMONDS REAL?
Yes, our diamonds are real. All of our diamonds are lab-created E-F color, VS+ clarity. Lab-created diamonds have the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as natural diamonds, making them a sustainable and ethical choice that is often more affordable.
WHAT DOES AN IGI CERTIFICATE WITH PURCHASE MEAN?
We include the added comfort of having your purchase independently verified through the International Gemological Institute (IGI), one of the leading gemological institutions worldwide. IGI is utilizes 31 laboratories around the world grading finished jewelry, natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds and gemstones. Headquartered in New York City they issue their grading reports through the services of their staff of graduate gemologists utilizing cutting edge laboratory facilities. We are proud to use diamonds categorized as EF color and VS+ clarity as a minimum standard throughout all of our diamond jewelry.
WHAT IS GOLD VERMEIL?
Gold vermeil is a high-quality type of gold plating. Our 18K gold vermeil consists of a thick layer of 18K gold over a base of sterling silver, providing a luxurious appearance while maintaining affordability.
WHERE IS THE JEWELRY MADE?
Our pieces are responsibly produced in Thailand, South Korea and China and 100% of our suppliers are part of the Responsible Jewelry Council, a global organization that conducts rigorous certification processes and regular audits to verify compliance with ethical and sustainble practices from mining to finished product.
WHAT IS THE RESPONSIBLE JEWELLERY COUNCIL?
The Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) sets international standards that require ethical and sustainable practices in the jewellery supply chain. These include business integrity, respect for human rights, and fair labor practices, alongside commitments to environmental stewardship and community engagement. The RJC also emphasizes responsible sourcing of materials, particularly concerning conflict minerals, and mandates supply chain transparency. Members must comply with applicable laws, strive for continuous improvement, and engage with stakeholders to foster a culture of accountability and responsibility within the industry. Max and Stone only uses RJC certified vendors.
Returns questions
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Items are eligible for free returns within 14 days of receiving your product.
Please contact hello@maxandstone.com and reference the order number and item(s) to be returned and you will receive a label to process your return.
Any jewelry purchased that includes a certification card MUST must be returned with their original certificate.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Refunds will be processed to the orginal method of payment once your item has been received by our returns department.
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
If we do not receive the return, or if the return was sent using your own shipping label, we are unable to process a refund or exchange unless you are able to provide proof of shipment and receipt through the label's tracking numbers. If tracking information does not show the item as sent, we will ask that you file a claim with the carrier for a lost package before we can process a refund or exchange.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY POLICY?
We offer a 1 year warranty with every purchase because we believe in the quality of our jewelry. There’s no need to worry about any possible damages due to craftsmanship or manufacturing defects because we’ll take care of it.
Get in touch at hello@maxandstone.com, and we’ll either have your piece repaired or a replacement of the same item.
If neither option is possible, a store credit equivalent to the purchase price will be issued. Refunds will not be issued for warranty claims.
Fine jewelry is not invulnerable to normal wear, activities or trauma. We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear including scratches, product loss, loss of stones, theft, trauma such as yanking, bending, caught or worn out prong(s), improper use or storage of your product, exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, sweat, hot tubs or bathing that can result in discoloration or other damage, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Max and Stone.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDER?
We hope this is never the case, but our apologies if it happens. Please take a picture of the defective or incorrect item, and email that along with your order number to hello@maxandstone.com. Our Customer Care Team will work quickly to resolve the issue.
